Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a Refund/Exchange, you must send us a Video and Images to support your issue with the product. Please send us Email at: services@zeddflow.com
Or use WhatsApp on our website.
Only after approval the refund/exchange of the defective product will be processed.
Warranty Coverage:
Warranty is valid only against manufacturing defects.
Exclusions: Warranty is not valid for misused or tampered products.
We offer free replacement on items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We offer free replace on items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with supporting images of the item at returns@zeddflow.com and on approval We will arrange free exchange of the defective product.
