- Requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

3. Costs & Responsibilities
- Return postage cost: Paid by the customer.
- Replacement shipping cost: Covered by Zeddflow.
